Airbag Recall | 21/03/2019
If you haven’t already heard, vehicles with Takata airbags across the world have been recalled
In Australia, 2 in 7 cars have been impacted. When a faulty airbag deploys, there’s a risk the inflator could rupture, firing shards of metal into the vehicle.

If you find your car has been fitted with a faulty Takata airbag – it urgently needs to be replaced. It’s your car manufacturer’s legal responsibility to replace the Takata airbag free of charge.

HOW TO CHECK YOUR VEHICLE

You can use your number plate to check if your car is affected at ismyairbagsafe.com.au
It only takes a minute, and if your car is impacted – the site will explain what’s next.
