My introduction to Provident and its professional team came through a fortunate home insurance recommendation by a trusted friend many years ago. Paul Carter and Polly Harrison eased the pain of my 1998 home break-in with the quality of service that I still receive today.

From 2013 Greg Neill with his team’s support, has welcomed my questions, calls and emails, and provided me with strategic planning and financial advice that has weathered the challenges of an ever changing economic climate. All this with friendliness and professionalism.

Whilst balancing the rigors of life as a full-time professional, my enjoyment factor is derived from regular adventure travel to many of the world’s wild and wonderful destinations including Nepal, Africa, Norway, Cambodia, China, Mongolia and most recently Peru. With Greg’s attention to detail my future lifestyle needs and wants are in safe hands. I feel comfortable in the knowledge that I can retire when I wish without having to make financial sacrifices and can remain an intrepid adventurer long into the future. Thank you.

My son Michael introduced me in 1996 to Paul Carter who he knew from Hale School when I was working full time at King Edward Memorial Hospital as a physiotherapist. I remember distinctly the time Paul wrote on the whiteboard the words ENJOY and explained that his job would be to enable me to do just that.

Luckily with the financial management of Provident, I have been able to have some marvellous garden tours to England, France, Ireland and Italy and more locally to the Southern Highlands NSW, Canberra and Tasmania. Will I be able to go to New Zealand in the future? I hope so! These events have been, along with my grandchildren, the highlights of my life and given me the incentive to work on my own garden and open it in the Open Garden scheme.
