Payment for Advice

Our costs and fees, outlined in our Financial Services and Credit Guide, are discussed with you prior to undertaking the advice process. This ensures that you are always fully aware of any fees or commissions in advance.

Our cost structure is as follows;

Initial consultation – no charge.

Statement of Advice Preparation Fee

Before commencement, we will forward to you a document that summarises our understanding of your goals and objectives, your current situation and the appropriate cost for the preparation of your Statement of Advice (a financial plan that states our recommendations).

Placement Fee

If you agree to proceed with the recommendations within your Statement of Advice, a placement fee (should investments or insurance be recommended) will be charged. This is clearly found within the Statement of Advice document and your Financial Planner will discuss this fee with you.

At Provident, there are no hidden commissions or fees.
